The dining room has changed a bit since we moved in. In October, in the midst of the floor-refinishing project, we painted the walls “Folksy Gold.” We have added a lot of wall decorations such as the beautiful photo of a winter barn scene taken by our friend Bob McKinney. When we initially ripped up the carpet, the floors were not in the best of condition. Once sanded and refinished, they were amazingly beautiful. Also added were blue curtains for the double window, which helps to add a beautiful accent to color of the floors and walls.
